A new party Leader has emerged for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, the PDP. The New PDP Chair who is also the former governor of Bauchi State, Adamu Mu’azu was quoted as saying that he would not dabble into the affairs of state leadership to prevent the many crises that had led to the dwindling furtunes of the party in past 10 years.

The immediate past leader of the party, Bamanga Tukur was reportedly absent at the inaugural ceremony
